Task: explore whether there is a viable US B2B niche among self-employed professionals for invoicing, accounting and expense tracking. What we did: ran 27 in-depth interviews across 4 iterations with self-employed professionals, small business owners and specialized accountants, mapping segments, needs and channels.
Result: identified the most promising directions in finance workflows, defined a clear target segment and “super app” concept, and validated accountants as the key distribution channel for US go-to-market.

Snapcourse | Microlearning platform, US
Task: identify US customer segments with strong, recurring training needs and validate demand for an MVP-stage microlearning product to support fundraising and go-to-market. What we did: ran 28 JTBD interviews across 3 iterations in 15 US states with managers who regularly train frontline staff and need to deliver and track short, actionable updates.
Result: identified 4 high-need segments in logistics, HoReCa, healthcare and field services (incl. pest control), mapped their jobs and willingness to pay, and gave Snapcourse a clear starting segment and positioning for launch and investor pitches.
